It's more of a rhyme than a song. It doesn't exist but it's just for fun.
How it goes:
SpongeBob and Partick go to bed.(jumper pretends he/she is sleeping)
Partrick trips and hits his head.(jumper touches his/her head)
Patrick says he wants to sleep.
And SpongeBob says what shal he keep?
(the singer just says random objects he/she sees while the jumper points to all the objects the singer says until the jumpser stops.)
